THE BRAND

Volare (formerly NVRDC, or the Network of Victim Recovery DC) has been called “the best nonprofit you’ve never heard of,” where every survivor of crime has access to a therapist, personal advocate, and attorney—all for free. Believing every survivor deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, their fluid suite of services mold to each unique client experience.

THE STRATEGY

✓ Consolidated an overwritten, overwhelming website architecture into a clean site map and user experience.

✓ Cleanly and efficiently articulated Volare’s three services: legal, advocacy, and therapeutic.
